Beware Falling Limbs by FireflyPhotosAust Beware Falling Limbs by FireflyPhotosAust
We looked but didn't see any body parts falling from the sky.

We came to the conclusion that the magpies must have been dropping arms and legs but luckily there weren't any around when we were there:D

This was taken at Eneabba, Western Australia.

:hmm: Let me get this straight, if you're standing in this field, the magpies will go up, take a chainsaw, lop off a branch, carry it over to where you're reading this sign, and drop it on you...... And what's up with the little "Batman icon" :iconbatmanplz: on the sign there??

I'm not quite sure about the batman icon Bob.

No, the magpies swoop down on the unsuspecting tourists, rip off an arm or a leg with their powerful beaks and then fly away with them. Sometimes they bite off more then they can carry and then they drop them, hence the falling limbs:lmao:
