Set the alarm for 3.00am this morning and drove down to the Royal National Park for sunrise. After a 1 1/2 hour drive the first stop was Garie Beach and the sunrise was nothing special (I will upload some images later), next stop was Wattamolla where I spotted this palm silhouette against the early morning sky. I didn't have much room to move around here without falling into the water or climbing a tree.

What annoyed was all the litter that was around the area. There were half full softdrink cans and bottles of water just thrown around everywhere!!

Still don't have my zing back and didn't venture far off the beaten track this morning.

3 am... too early... Luckily for me though, at this time of the year, I get a great view of the sunrise from my breakfast table before I go to school:) In a month it'll be dark when I leave to school, so I'm enjoing this period as much as possible:)

I wouldn't like to be going to work in the dark!!

What's really frustrating though, is that soon, it'll be dark when I go to school and dark when I go home from it. Only light when I'm sitting inside, doing schoolwork...

I guess I'm rather used to it, so it doesn't bother me much. And I even got lights on my bike now, so I can actually see the road when I'm in the woods:D

I really wouldn't like being inside all daylight hours - what a waste!

Do you have daylight saving there?

Agreed, it really is a waste. And from the daylight savings, we got an extra hour of light in the morning some time ago...
